i have braces on for a year and the first 3 days didn't hurt and i lost a bracket in my sleep and my dentist think i swallowed it in my sleep and the other one got stuck on my shirt and my dad ripped if off and he didn't realize that is came off

I always wore mine. And I would honestly just eat with them still in bc most of the time I was lazy (or at school, in which i don't have much time at lunch, especially not to be putting them back). Even when i had like triangles near the front of my mouth, i would still just figure out how to eat through the narrow space i had lol

i had that exact thing and now my teeth look great! i’m still in braces but i’ll get them off in 3-4 months

To me the baby colours work good, baby blue pink, purple, green, transparent. they didn't get stained :) (but keeping in mind that I daily don't eat food with a lot of sauces, or drink coca-cola/coffee ) :))
